  • Soccer/SAQ Program

    Our Soccer + SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) after-school program combines structured soccer practice with dynamic, game-based activities that allow young athletes to learn through fun, interactive play, building confidence and a love for the sport. Through dynamic drills, game simulations, and creative play, young athletes will build confidence, enhance decision-making, and foster a love for the game. Whether aiming for competitive play or personal growth, this program provides the tools to excel on and off the field.

  • Multi Sport/Fitness SAQ

    Our Multi-Sport/Fitness/SAQ program helps young athletes build athletic skills through fun, high-energy games and sport-based activities. Each session introduces a variety of movements that will be useful in sports such as soccer, basketball, and more. They will be developing speed, coordination, and quick decision making through age-appropriate drills and fast-paced schoolyard games. It’s the perfect mix of skill-building and play. Kids will improve their movement mechanics and body control in a fun, non-competitive environment that encourages teamwork, confidence, and a love for physical activity.

  • Advanced Soccer/SAQ (Girls)

    Our All-Girls Soccer + SAQafter-school program is designed for young athletes looking to take their game to the next level. This class focuses on refining advanced soccer skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and tactical decision-making, while incorporating SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) drills to enhance overall athletic performance. This program fosters teamwork, creative play, and mental toughness, empowering girls to push their limits and excel on the field.

    Our All-Girls Multi-Sport Fitness Program is designed to help young athletes develop well-rounded skills through training. In this high-energy class, girls will improve their speed, agility, coordination, and overall fitness while learning the fundamentals of different sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball, and more. The program focuses on building strength, endurance, and athleticism through fun, dynamic drills and games, all in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Participants will gain confidence, teamwork skills, and a love for physical activity while developing the mental and physical tools to excel in any sport.

  • Sports Foundations (5-7 yrs old)

    Our After-School Multi-Sport Fitness Class for ages 5–7 is all about active fun and foundational movement! Through a variety of sports, schoolyard games, obstacle courses, and tag-based activities—kids build coordination, balance, and strength while staying engaged and energized. Each session is designed to introduce basic skills for sports like soccer, football, and basketball. . With a focus on movement over competition, this class helps young children develop a love for physical activity while exploring different ways to move, play, and grow.

  • Kickback Fridays at Play ON

    Our Weekly 4v4 Open Play Soccer Tournament brings the fun and freedom of playground soccer to an organized setting. Kids team up each week for small-sided games in a relaxed, pick-up style format that encourages creativity, quick thinking, and confidence on the ball.

    With no coaches on the field and minimal interference, players make their own decisions, solve problems in real time, and learn to communicate and collaborate—just like they would in a backyard game. The 4v4 format ensures plenty of touches, fast-paced action, and opportunities for every child to shine.
