Sports ready skills lab (Ages 5–10y)
Kids ages 5 - 10 years old • 60min or 90min
This class gives children a place to release after school energy with intention. The session focuses on speed, strength, balance, plus coordination. The format welcomes beginners because the pacing adjusts to each child’s comfort. The goal is to help children feel strong in their bodies while learning how athletic movements work.

INTRO SOCCER/FItness CLASSES
Kids ages 18mos - 5 years old • 40min
A playful introduction to soccer and fitness designed for our youngest athletes. These small-group classes focused on movement, coordination, and fun, taught by expert coaches. Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers who love to run, play, and explore.Schedules:
Monday to Thursday 9:30 to 10:10 AM 11:00 to 11:40 AM 2:00 to 2:40 PM
Saturdays 9:00 to 9:45 AM 9:45 to 10:30 AM
Sundays 10:30 to 11:15 AM (All Girls)
