Play-On NYC Birthday Party Booking Policy
The deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms that apply to every birthday party booking. This is the same policy referenced in your party agreement.
Booking Confirmation
A party date and time are not officially reserved until:
- The birthday party agreement has been signed; and
- The required $200 deposit has been paid.
Until both steps are completed, the requested time slot may remain available to other customers.
The $200 deposit is applied toward the total party balance and is nonrefundable.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due no later than one day before the event. Any additional services, guests, or party add-ons may be added separately and invoiced before the event.
Rescheduling
Parties may be rescheduled without penalty when Play-On NYC receives notice at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. The new date and time are subject to availability.
Cancellations
| More than 14 days before the event | The $200 deposit is forfeited, but no additional payment is required. |
| 8–14 days before the event | 50% of the total party fee is due. |
| 7 days or fewer before the event | The full party balance is due unless Play-On NYC is able to rebook the reserved time. |
